Access to some sections of the site and / or any requests for information or services from users of the site may be subject to the inclusion of personal data whose processing by Officine Binda & Galperti, as Data Controller, will take place in compliance with EU regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter the “Code”).

This information is intended to allow users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the site and to provide their data, how the Data Controller and its employees process the personal data of users and will still be necessary that the user takes a look at it before he confers his personal data by filling in the appropriate spaces in the various sections of the site, where present.

When using the site, the following information is always recorded and stored: the name of your Internet Service Provider, the browser, the website you come from on our site and the pages requested. We use this information for statistical purposes of measuring the use of the site and to adapt the site to the needs of users.

Registration of users on the site is not required for the provision of services offered. However, in order to avoid any requests from users regarding these services, they will be invited to provide personal data, which will be processed only for the relative purposes and for the time strictly necessary.

The lacking, partial or incorrect conferment of personal data required for certain services, as necessary for the execution of the requested service, does not make such execution possible.

In addition to personal data conferred directly by users (such as name, surname, postal address, e-mail, etc.), in connection with the site, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site itself indirectly acquires some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data are processed for the sole purpose of carrying out anonymous statistical surveys.

Categories of subjects who may be aware of personal data
Personal data may be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of the Data Controller who, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed as data processors or persons in charge pursuant to the law and they will receive adequate operating instructions in this regard; the same will happen – by the Managers appointed by the Owner – towards the employees or collaborators of the Managers.

Scope of communication or disclosure of personal data of users
Personal data provided directly by users by filling in forms online or sent via the contact addresses on the site will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.
